Hello! Rachel here. I'm a 30 year-old mom of one working my way towards a life free from binge eating, food obsession, and extreme physical and emotional turmoil. My highest weight was 275 pounds. I want to get to 200 pounds, and then I'll assess what needs to happen from there.

My current approach to accomplishing this is something of an East-meets-West blend that draws from Buddhist practices/philosophies, Western psychology, and the ever-changing worlds of nutrition, addiction, and exercise science.
